Intellectual Property Rights
Planet Bonehead and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this Website, videos, and downloads, and all such rights are reserved. You are granted a limited license only, subject to the restrictions provided in these Terms, for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
The limited license granted to you is for you only. You may not share or sell or transfer this license to any other person or organization.
Using the Website
DO preview every unit, every teacher course, and every symposium event for free right here on this website, without logging in.
DO NOT publish any material from Planet Bonehead elsewhere for any reason.
DO NOT attempt to hack or infiltrate this website to gain access to protected content, or for any other reason.
Membership Customization
DO join Planet Bonehead using one of the provided membership tiers if they suit your needs. You can try out the entire program with a free trial—no credit card or commitment required. If you decide not to stay, then do nothing. There are no automatic payments, and no need to remember to cancel (nobody ever remembers anyway).
DO schedule a Zoom call with me for a free demo, or to ask questions before making a decision.
DO ask about customizing a membership plan if the tiers I've provided don't seem to fit, or if you'd prefer to pay in some way other than credit card on the web portal.
I want to see Planet Bonehead in as many classrooms as possible, so let's talk and work together to make that happen.
Sharing Planet Bonehead
DO tell your friends and colleagues about Planet Bonehead.
DO share official Planet Bonehead public links (for example, pages on this website, YouTube links from the official Planet Bonehead channel, etc.).
DO NOT upload PBh content to your own channels or platforms without prior consent.
DO NOT share or distribute or sell downloaded video files to anyone for any reason.
Free Trial Policy
DO enjoy a free trial period to allow you to add teachers, and give all of you time to try out the program. If you love Planet Bonehead, you can add a credit card payment method online, or contact us to pay by check, wire, or purchase order.
DO just abandon your membership if you decide not to remain with us here on Planet Bonehead. There are no automatic payments, and no need to cancel anything.
DO NOT try to sign up for one free trial after another. We're not a faceless corporation raking in millions here—this is a very small team trying to solve climate change. So one free trial per person please. If you need help, or had a problem, just reach out me and I'll hook you up.
Refund Policy
Your paid membership serves a dual purpose: it's your payment to access the material, but more importantly, it's a contribution to help us continue production and free distribution to teachers who desperately need it.
In order to continue to offer free trials without automatic payments, and low cost annual memberships, we do not have the staff or resources to process refunds.
We also offer the option to access sample lessons from every unit and course for free, with no account or login necessary.
Therefore, please understand that we don't offer refunds or money-back guarantees.
However, you are free to cancel any paid membership at any time to avoid future charges.
Cancellation Policy
If you opted for a paid membership at any tier, then your payments will renew automatically each year. You are free to cancel your membership at any time prior to the next recurring charge. See the help page for instructions how to do this.
Please note that your paid membership rate will stay locked in as long as your membership remains active.
As an account holder, you may opt in to subscribe to our occasional emails. We send these out whenever new units are available. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
Becoming a Social Impact Partner
A Social Impact Partner is an individual or organization that wishes to support this program and its mission with a monthly or annual monetary contribution.

DO know that 100% of your contribution is used for research, writing, animation, editing, production, and advertising.
Violation of Terms
Planet Bonehead reserves the right to bar anyone from this website and its content, without a refund, if you continually violate the terms laid out above.
No warranties
This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults. Though we put in every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date information, it’s possible some information on this site may be incorrect or become incorrect or irrelevant after future advancements, abilities, or discoveries.
