Further Payment Options
Schools and districts will have the option to submit a purchase order or complete a bank transfer within 10 business days.
Renewal and Cancellation Policy
For schools or districts with an annual membership at any tier, your renewal process depends on your payment method:
- Credit Card: Payments renew automatically each year unless you cancel beforehand.
- Bank Transfer or Purchase Order: Renewal is manual; you’ll need to submit payment or a purchase order to continue your membership.
You are free to cancel your membership at any time before your next renewal date. For instructions on how to cancel, visit the Help page or contact support.
Please note that your paid membership rate will remain locked in as long as your membership stays active.
As an account holder, you may opt in to receive occasional emails about new PBh units and features. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
